A traditional property manager runs your asset; a co-host partners with you on a single platform. We're embedded in your Airbnb account, your guest reviews accrue to you, and you keep full control. We bring expertise — you keep ownership.
We currently serve the Greater Vancouver area, the Sea-to-Sky corridor, and the Okanagan. If you're outside these regions, send us a note — we occasionally take on properties further afield for the right fit.
Most short-term rental policies remain valid with a co-host — we're agents acting on your behalf, not lessees. We're happy to coordinate directly with your broker during onboarding to confirm coverage and recommend supplements where needed.
Of course. Block any dates you'd like in the calendar — we'll arrange a turnover before and after your stay. The space is yours; we just keep it earning when you're not in it.
Month-to-month, always. We earn your business every thirty days. If we ever stop being worth it, you give us notice and we hand the keys back the same week.
